Annual Rotary Auction
Each year, the Stanwood/Camano Island Rotary holds a fund-
raising auction. The proceeds are then used for projects to benefit the community or are directed to national or international projects. This auction will designate a stand-alone benefit for the Imagination Library. Named to honor the late Shelly Greer, Shelly’s Library will provide quality, selected books for children age 5 and under who live in the Stanwood/Camano Island School District. Each month a registered child will receive a new book until his or her 5th birthday. The program is intended to en courage parents to read to their young children in order to foster an early appreciation of reading and literature.
In addition to the special Shelly’s Library appeal, there will be numerous auction items that can be purchased in either the silent auction or live auction.
A delicious dinner will be served for all participants. The cost for the meal and festivities is $50 per person.

Have you ever wondered what it is like to breathe underwater??
Find out when Livewell Ventures presents Discover Scuba. After a short presentation you will be fitted in Scuba gear and we will take you into the pool. During your time in the pool you will learn a few simple skills that will allow you to safely experience the underwater world in a new and exciting way and then be allowed to enjoy the experience under the direct supervision of a PADI Instructor and PADI Dive Masters. Youth 12 and older are welcome and encouraged; however participation may be determined by physical size in order to accommodate wearing the scuba gear.
**Before we can allow you to try scuba we must, for your own safety, we must have you complete a medical release form. Some participants may be required to obtain medical clearance from a doctor before diving.

Fundraising walk (1 mile) celebrating friendship and inclusion of people with disabilities in community life. Proceeds benefit Village Community Services' Village Music and Arts Program. $20 suggested donation. Walkers receive t-shirt. 11:00am registration, 1:00pm walk begins in downtown Arlington at Gazebo in Legion Memorial Park, 114 North Olympic.
